The Giveaway House at 7511 Cayton Street is a house that’s designed for ‘livability.’ The home was designed by Dunaway & Jones, AIA, and built by Tex-Craft Builders, Inc., for the Houston Home Builders Association, sponsors of the Parade of Homes. W.G. ‘Dub’ Holbrook is the builder of the elaborate kidney shaped swimming pool in the back yard.
