Rogers-Ray Geophysical Laboratories – Houston

2535 Dunstan Rd. (Rice Village) – Houston TX (built 1948; demolition date unknown; architects: Watkin, Nunn, McGinty, and Phenix)

 

According to the November 4, 1948 issue of the Southwestern Times,

The building, situated on the block bounded by Kirby and Kelvin, Dunstan and Bolsover, consists of two stories and a basement. The basement contains a cafeteria, recreation room, map printing room and air conditioning equipment. The street level contains drafting rooms and computing offices, while the upper floor is devoted to the executive offices.

The remainder of the lot holds a one story building group containing laboratory, workshop and warehouse, besides a large parking area.
