Featuring “indoor-outdoor” living, the Allendale Arms (1502 Allendale Road) is under construction by Tex-Craft Builders, Incorporated.

The 25-unit building offers fun-in-the-sun activities with a swimming pool, barbecue pits and colorful outdoor furniture. Inside, the one-bedroom units will be air conditioned and will include formica kitchen and utility rooms with washers and dryers. The play area will be shielded from the street by a brick-and-cedar fence (matching the outside material of the buildings).

The $185,000 project is owned by Renco, Incorporated.
