Harvey T.D. Wilson (1858-1922) was the son of James T.D. Wilson, Mayor of Houston in 1874 and 1877-1878. He was a contractor, investment agent, manager of R.G. Dun & Co., president of Belt Terminal Townsite Company, president of the Houston Theatre Company, vice president of the South End Land Company, and manager of Aqua Pura Bottling Works.

Harvey Wilson Dr. runs east/west from Lockwood to Clinton on the north side of Buffalo Bayou.
