Builders of the ‘Colonial House’ have have placed wide emphasis on their outdoor living area. A patio, partially covered, opens from the side of the house which is paneled and is adorned with a planter, all patio area is given privacy from the street side by a brick wall.

In the all-electric kitchen the housewife will find every appliance for her convenience including the new Crosby combination frigidaire and deep-freeze. To make washday duties easier, a washing machine and dryer are handily installed in the utility room.
